Swap meetings which are in progress
Clients go into rooms then decide it’s too big/small & want to move.
As a law firm we book mediations that sometimes require last min changes and this involves 3 + rooms needing to be swapped ( rooms are booked @ 09.00 but meetings may not start until 10.00) then the host comes over & decides rooms aren’t suitable for certain reasons.
Rooms are booked for a x8 people then more client turn up unexpectedly
Sometimes when we are busy we can’t book the appropriate room the client needs all day so give them whatever room is available , if another meeting finishes early & they see it they want to swap.
Rooms too hot/ cold want to move after meeting has started
Our Reception Team would like the option to still be able to swap bookings when there are in the status of 'In Progress' from the booking grid.
