    Users are currently not receiving any booking confirmation or cancellation notifications when making bookings through the O365 Addin. Although the room is successfully booked and visible on the Condeco portal, no email confirming or canceling the booking is being received.

  4. Setup room status to be disabled from booking grid status bar.

    We would like the Setup status of a room to be disabled from the booking grid under the room number/name and instead to show the last input, Clean, Awaiting cleaning etc. When in Setup FOH has no idea if the room is ready or not but they can see the setup on the grid so the status bar showing Setup seems redundant. Thanks

    I have looked for the last 30 mins to cancel a room. Please make it easy and put Room Cancellation as part of the drop down list on the left of the screen.

  7. Requestor and Host Contact Info

    Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.

    We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.

  9. Cancellation of booked rooms to create more availability

    Hello - I cannot seem to find a way to cancel my room booking, especially at late notice. Perhaps if a way was created for room bookings to be cancelled if they were no longer needed, then we could free up more meeting rooms for those who need them.

  11. Room Booking Availability

    User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

  12. Choose a single appointment with Condeco Outlook Add-In from a recurring meeting without an end date

    Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
    Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date. From my point of view, however, this should be possible, as it is not…

  13. Raise faults with desks using the condeco app

    Raise faults with desks using the condeco app: when a user encounters a fault with the IT equipment at a workstation they have booked they can hit a button in the App to raise a support email to IT or the administrator (or both) so that unusable desks can be blocked out until the repair is done.

  14. Custom rules for Setup Time and Clean Down Time

    Rules such as:

    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

  15. We aim to enhance the functionality of custom fields by enabling them to auto-populate based on user booking, similar to the current process

    Our goal is to streamline the user experience by auto-populating the employee ID, similar to the process during booking. We also aim to introduce the feature of making custom fields mandatory if necessary, ensuring users cannot complete a booking unless these fields are filled out.

  16. Deleting a booking from Condeco web app should remove event from Outlook calendar

    Outlook created items if deleted from Condeco web app stay on the individual's calendar. This happens to all attendees on that invite. When deleted from Condeco web app it leave the teams meeting and the name of the meeting but removes the room.

  17. Book Meetings on a Shared Calendar

    Ability for Condeco meetings to be booked to a shared calendar. Example, all members of marketing team have access to a shared calendar that all of them can edit and make changes on. The Conedeco addin currently does not allow Condeco meetings to be added to a shared calendar.

    A Separate Day before Reminder email generated from the system with control from the email templates to create an informative message to ask a colleague are you still attending site, if not cancel your booking by clicking here.

    ICS is fine but is easy to Dismiss and an Email would mean the colleague would need to deal with it one way or another more so than just "Dismiss"

  20. Admins to be able to configure access restrictions on web portal per different groups or admins

    Currently unable to prevent double bookings if users are booking meeting spaces both via Condeco web application and Outlook calendar. Admins require access to both so unable to switch off functionality to view only on web portal.
