Ability to disable the checkbox for "Add to your Outlook Calendar"
Ability to disable the checkbox for "Add to your Outlook Calendar" from the Condeco web portal.
Our user base is used to sending the invite from Outlook and inviting the room in that invite. When another invite gets sent from Condeco, it causes issues with the Teams equipment in the room with the two conflicting.

Have the ability to 'untick' by default to all users not just admins
There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

Ability to swap desk bookings on booking grid
Similar to Meeting Space, it would be good to be able to right click and move a desk booking to an alternative desk in booking grid.
This would allow us to move peoples bookings when a desk needs to be closed due to a leak above it or if we need to fix a desk to a user for DSE requirements.

In order to get an accurate understanding of our meeting room utilisation, we need to be able to report on who attended meetings on site and who joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. This is not currently possible. Please could you allow us to report on virtual attendees (where On site is unticked) via reports and the API.

Option to active/inactive catering groups/Subgroups in bulk
Currently Condeco is not providing an option to Active/inactive catering items in bulk and rather catering admins have to click on "Active" check box for each item one by one.
We have a requirement where catering Admins should get an option to bulk active/inactive catering items which would save them with lot of time and make application more user friendly.1 vote -

Ability to see Fire Marshalls & First Aiders at other locations in the search - not just home location. Some of our sites have multiple buildings/locations and we need to be able to search for first aiders across all buildings, not just our default location. Also, can we please have the ability to rename "Fire Marshall" to "fire or emergency warden"

Uncheck 'Add to calendar' for admins
The new option to integrate with Office 365 is welcome. However, we would like the ability to control whether that integration is checked or not. We have schedulers who create meetings for other people and if they forget to uncheck the box, the meeting ends up in their calendar. it would be nice to control this at a system or even user level.

Waiting list for any room that meets my needs
Create a waiting list so that when a room comes available you're able to book one.
For example - I need a room this Tuesday 9.30 to 11.30 for two people but it can be any room in 2MS. Create a form that I can put this information in and when if/one becomes available I am alerted and can book it.

Additional field company in user profile
user profile should be filled with the data "company" in case users are from a company with different subsidiaries .
Field should be filled via SCIM automatically. User can see this field in his own profile but only an admin is able to change this data.

autopopulate booking form
Can the booking form autopopulate with info the user has previously inputted like email, 2nd contact phone number and cost code. This will make it quicker to place bookings as for most teams it will always be the same info.

Meeting attendee check-in confirmation of attendance
When a meeting is booked that has attendees assigned to it some method that allows the attendees to check-in to confirm they attended. Storing this data so that it can be checked that a person arrived and attended a specific meeting. Check-in could be on mobile app or screen for example.

Linked meeting spaces need to be counted as one space versus separate spaces
When we are trying to calculate total "events" for the year, our numbers are thrown off because Condeco counts each linked meeting space as an individual space and we need any bookings with a linked meeting space to be counted as one single booking

Request for Meeting Reminder Email for Booking Creator
We would like to request that the creator of a booking also receives a meetig reminder email. Currently, only the host and the requestor are receiving reminder email, but the person who creates the booking does not receive one.

Automatically sync bookings made in Exchange Resource Mailbox back into Condeco
We use Teams MTR devices and users have the ability to "quick book" a room using the panel outside of the room, which automatically blocks out the time in the Exchange Resource Mailbox. We would ideally have these meetings automatically sync'd into Condeco to update the room availability.
