Edit bookings older than 30 days - required for monthly reports
Currently you can only edit a booking within the last 30 days, Running reports at the beginning of the month for the previous month then doesn't have the data required on all bookings, this needs to be extended to a minimum of 45 days.

Unify booking behavior between booking grid and booking form
At the moment, when booking a space directly on the booking grid, associated service items are not added unless the booking form is opened at least once.
The booking should behave in the same way whether or not you book on the grid or open the booking form.

Add the ability to customise the Add Services auto-generated email when booking a room via the Outlook add-on.
Also, enable booking confirmation emails to be sent when booking via the Outlook Add-on

When Selecting groups in the booking grid would it be possible to get an "all groups" option?

We have the "copy to outlook" button permanently checked - can we please have the option to have the "Also delete outlook calendar event" permanently checked as well?
Also, power users should have the option to delete the outlook calendar events. Only the person who booked the meeting has the check box option. This is causing a lot of issues with bookings currently at our firm.

Our firm has the "copy to outlook" button checked automatically - when this box is checked, it eliminates the option to use the linked rooms feature - suggestion is to be able to use this functionality when checked
additionally, when using the linked rooms function - please allow us to pick the primary room

Could you provide an auto-generated email sent 2 days before someone has a desk booked to remind them they have a desk booked and to cancel if not needed? Ideally, we would be able to control which office this reminder email is generated for, e.g. we turn it on for offices that are heavily booked, and it is off for other offices

Extend Concierge Tile Management to Group Admins
Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Condeco Booking to be deleted from Condeco Portal
The booking is being removed from the Condeco device; however, it still appears in the Condeco portal. Is there a way to ensure the booking is automatically deleted from the portal as well when it's cancelled?

Ability to disable the checkbox for "Add to your Outlook Calendar"
Ability to disable the checkbox for "Add to your Outlook Calendar" from the Condeco web portal.
Our user base is used to sending the invite from Outlook and inviting the room in that invite. When another invite gets sent from Condeco, it causes issues with the Teams equipment in the room with the two conflicting.

Have the ability to 'untick' by default to all users not just admins
There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

arrangement desks on floorplan - down&upload x&y pixel position of desk
We have about 500 desks in the office, and to arrange the desks at the floorplan I had to click 1000 times to move the green dots to the right position.
However, these desks are never "well-arranged", there are always desks 1 pixel too high, 1 pixel too left etc.
Could you implement a function to download and upload the x&y positions of the desks? I would just need desk-name, x- and y-position; I could edit this (csv-) file (I could "move" the green dots by changing the numbers), and upload this file again.

Could you implement an auto-generated email to say that all available desks are booked and sent immediately after an office becomes 100% full? This would be a one-off email; we would ask people to add themselves to the waiting list

Could you implement an auto-email generated for everyone allocated to an office warning that the office is heavily booked? We would like to set a percentage threshold to trigger the email and control what it says.
