Prevent Condeco from creating visits for emails that end in a certain domain.
Condeco creates visits whenever a booking is made in Outlook via Add-In (Sync exchange) and a distribution list or a shared mailbox is put in the attendees. Please develop a rule hat enables us to signal to condeco that EVERY email address that ends with our company domain should NOT be recognised as a visitor. The workaround to create forms accounts for 1000 + DLs and other variants is not viable solution, especially when a distribtion list with 5000 ppl and all of them get the condeco wlecome email for the new account. Manually Enter a date in the "Find A Visitor"
For it to be possible to manually enter the date in the 'Meeting Start' or 'Meeting End' date on the 'Find a Visitor' rather than clicking along the calendar each time which is extremely time consuming

Default Departure time and date to be after the Arrival Date immediately
By automatically defaulting the date to be atleast the same as the arrival date and the time to be AFTER the arrive time was picked, it would save a lot of hassle.

Email Notifications for visitors with no meetings
The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' is too generalised when no meeting is selected. would it be possible to set a message based on location for when visitors are marked as arrived?

Contractor work permits to be attached to visitors
Can a change be implemented so it is possible to attach contractor work permits when adding visitors in to Condeco. This is so permits can easily be checked when contractors are arrive.

Print pass before the arrival date or Advance.
Currently, the Front of house team are unable to print visitors' passes with the arrival date in advance. This is critical to managing visitors better on busy days and sometimes when other departments request passes to manage their visitors directly.
It will be great to have this feature added to the application to allow for better visitor management well ahead of their arrival.

Visitor Direction Email also for internal participants
For now, visitor direction Emails are only sent to meeting participants marked as "external". But since we have different locations, the feature should also be activated for internal participats when the checkbox is checked.
Otherwise users activate the checkbox and think that a direction mail is sent to a colleague from a different site, but in reality this mail is not sent.

Option to book Food service without a meeting
I would prefer an option in visitor management where I can book only a food service without creating a meeting.
The background is that guests get a QR code printed on their visitor pass and can use it to get lunch in the canteen. If guests do not have an appointment, we therefore create fake-meetings and book the food service lunch in this fake-meeting.

Integration with Webex room devices
Meeting room devices have various sensors built into them including presence (physical people in the room), temperature, air quality and more. A native integration would bring loads of opportunity to Condeco users that have Webex units in rooms

Visitor ID Type
We ask visitors for ID when they arrive at our building can be Passport, Driving Licence or Credit Card.
It would be good if there was an option for the type of ID a visitor has presented upon checked-in (IE reception click Arrived then select ID type or similar so long as it's quick and easy so not to delay visitor entry).

Field Title of a visitor
A field in visitor management where the title of a person can be entered would be useful. It would also make sense to include the title on the visitor badge.

External visitor name should show on the floorplan with "booked by ___" and the internal host name.
When external guests are booked a desk, the name on the floorplan shows as the internal/host name. We would like the data to pull in the name of the visitor and say "booked by ___" with the name of the internal person/host who booked the desk on the visitor's behalf.

visitors summary for physical attendees on site rather all attendee.
we have a mixture of physical attendee and vitual attendee to meeting room booking be it teams/zoom/webex etc. it would be good to be able to list up the physcial attendee that are coming in so the reception know who is actually coming to meeting rather than see a list of 40 ppl but actually only 5 ppl are coming.
