Date format when exported to excel should be in mmm/dd/yyyy format
So that we can use a formula in excel that will allow us to view the data as day of the week. At present we have to manually change the date format in each cell.

Is it possible to have notifications or report in case of excessive office occupancy (by location group and floor). If it's over 90% busy receive an email or notification. Or every day for the next 5 days. The aim is to know before the full booking.2 votes -

1) We would like to be able to schedule the execution of a report and export it automatically via an email address

Meeting cancellation, bump, and no show report.
For meetings that have the bump feature, we should be able to pull which were bumped.
We would like to pull cancellations so we can track when they were cancelled and how often we have 24 hours or less cancellation.

able to export to excel the entire list of all meeting spaces from application set up , exchange room mapping section
all mapped and unmapped meeting spaces
shows you exchange room , last synced time , and the condeco room they are mapped to or blank if unmapped. export list to excel on that page would be great or offer a standard report for this data
its will help me highlight and correct wrong mappings quickly and easily

End of financial year report for determining the number of days worked in the office
Allow users to run their own reports showing the days they were in the office during the financial year. This allows them to determine how many WFH days they had - to claim for taxation.

Real Time data with Power BI API
Today all data provided via the Power BI API it's 48 hours behind. It's extremly important to have an realtime updated data to be able to undestand these daily information:
- occupancy rate of the office and floors;
- who is working in the office and who is workiing remotly;Those are important information for HR and Facilities Manager to acelerate the ROI by having insights, for example to close/open floors (energy savings) and to manage cleaning and meeting room vendors.

Sort order incorrect if time set to 12 hour clock
When you have the time display set to 12 hour clock (with AM/PM display), sorting by date/time in reports ignores the AM/PM and puts it in order by hour (i.e. 1PM will be before 2AM) - support says this is default behavior to ignore AM/PM, but it results in incorrect sort order. I need my events/reservations in chronological order.

Users in the office reports
Enable the functionality for 'users in the office' reports to be run historically rather than just on the current day.
This report provides information on self certification and check in status and if not run in a 24hr period the data is then lost forever.7 votes -

Be able to see all resources and users via Power BI API
Today, via the Power BI API we are able to see only the Fact Table. It's extremly important to be able to undestand the real usage of all created users and all creates resources via Power BI API.
Beeing able to see those informations will help managers to:
- Understand if the Change Management strategy was sucessfull by seeing the rate of created users vs. users really using Condeco's solution;
