Allow regular users to be Vendors
Our IT and Catering staff are both users and vendors. They currently need to have multiple logins to perform all of their activities. Allow assigning a regular user to a vendor, then merge the vendor portal as a new section of the web app instead of its own separate one. That way a user can pick if they're booking a room or managing services.

Feedback I've had from all using the vendor dashboard is they would ideally like to be able to view the "job list" within the user portal (2 portals with the same web address is quite impractical) or if they would be able to click on the booking and for them to see the booking form to see all aspects of the booking.

If you want to have the vendor dashboard open at the same time as the main web app, you can approach it in two different ways:
Use two separate browsers -
1. Web App on Internet Explorer
2. Vendor Dashboard on Google Chrome or vice versaOR
Use In-Private browsing / Incognito mode, which allows for both to be open at the same time on the same browser.

Vendors are also unable to have a vendor portal window and a user portal window open at the same time - that prevents them from seeing the grids for planning purposes, and it is a major issue for them. In our case it is specifically the catering services, since on their portal they only see events for which food and beverage orders have been placed, but not all the others.
