Improved session management for mobile apps
oNo user can have concurrent login sessions. So if a user logs into the webapplication via SSO and then use the mobile application they must relogin.
So this can forces them to relogin to the mobile app multiple times a day. Can we have concurrent login sessions forthe web and mobile?
Hi!
We’re happy to let you know that “session separation of mobile and web” was included in our recent update, released today.
If you’re on Evergreen, you will get the update automatically as part of your Evergreen schedule. Alternatively, you can raise a request using My Condeco to get the update.
Thanks for continuing to suggest great ideas to Condeco, and help improve the product.
Kind regards,
Condeco Product Team

This is definitely a barrier for engagement with our business. This change should be a priority for Condeco.

Alternatively, I would be happy just to change the daily login to a less frequent login requirement (every 5 days?)

Yes, the mobile apps log out so quickly. For Android it's a bit longer, however for iOS sometimes it's less than 24 hours. This does not help users at all.

Hugely beneficial change that will reduce the impact of being logged out constantly - currently restricting the release of this app due to this issue

Agreed - the use of FaceID/Finger Print scanner would be highly beneficial!

Both the Mobile apps on iOS logs out quickly within 5-10 mins and if the user logged in on Condeco Desktop then again it logs out user from the Mobile app.
To avoid this it would be nice to have the following features on the devices:
iOS: FaceID/Finger print scanner
Android: Finger print scanner

Mobile app logs users out way too quickly, which requires users to have to type on their user name / passwords manually to get back into the system. I would suggest allowing finger print / face ID support to ease the pain of having to log back into the system manually after 10 minutes of inactivity.
