  1. Condeco App - Create a meeting with invitations to users

    When create a meeting, is useful to invite more people and add the meeting to the guest calendar.
    It would be helpfulto allow you to select users of your domain or who are part of the Azure online infrastructure for example.

  2. auto-refresh of the Condeco mobile application

    Today the mobile application doesn't auto-refresh so users are missing their check-in and don't have accurate details about their booking for the day.

  3. Fix mobile app font size handling

    The fonts on the mobile app (iOS) is not set up to be fully scalable. So when a user sets a Text Size (e.g. larger text for ease of reading) some of the text no longer displays properly. The mobile app should cope with scaling and not force a user to set a text size specific for using the Condeco app.

  4. Filter 'Your Bookings'

    Some individuals have a lot of bookings in different types of spaces. In the Your Bookings list this can create a long list that is hard to navigate - for example if you are just looking for upcoming desk or parking space bookings.

    A filter on this page to filter the list by a specific type of booking would then give a clearer picture to the use for the upcoming days.

  5. Ignore Room Capacity on mobile app

    Meeting rooms are currently subject to a reduced capacity due to Covid. In Global Setup - Room Booking we have the 'Ignore Room Capacity' option set to True. This is so that when searching for a room via Outlook users can still invite e.g. 10 people even though most rooms can currently only take 5 people, the remaining attendees will join the meeting via Teams.
    In the web application this works fine - searches return all rooms.
    But in the mobile app the room capacity is still applied to search results.
    Can the mobile app also be set to ignore…

  8. Advanced Grid on mobile app

    As an admin, when I am not in front of my computer I cannot look at the advanced grid or perform and admin tasks. We were led to believe this capability was going to be in the first release of the app when we first signed on but are still waiting. This is a crucial aspect for our usability on a daily basis.
