Use 24 hour clock
Please get rid of the confusing time display - 04:00 pm helps no one - It would be better as a 24 hour clock, but if you can't do that, remove the leading 0 from the times.

this option is configured at a country level, allowing 24 hour clock for UK & 12 hour clock for USA.
