When facility managers are handling move scenarios, they quite often need to make changes to floor plates and neighbourhoods as a result.

Would it be possible to have the ability to define a duplicate floor (with an option to define it against personal space / meeting spaces or both) in the system but have it in an inactive state until such times it needs to be made active?

The existing floor could be deactivated (with any bookings automatically cancelled against the affected resources) and then the new floor can be made active.

This would help facility managers better handle situations where an entire floor is shifting around and they could have everything in place ahead of time and it would be a simple situation for them to activate / deactivate in the configuration and reduce their overheads..
