Support Portal Keychain
More a user experience functionality.
Whether when logging into the support portal a keychain or 'remember me' functionality can be implemented.
As every comment made takes you to the page, but if not already logged in, you have to manually do it again rather then being keychained logged in.

Note: The above circumstances seem to happen on web browser versions.
However on Mobile; keychaining passwords seems to work?
