Ability for every user to be able start/end meetings with RFID card
At the moment it is only possible for the organizer/host to start/end meetings on the screen with transponder card.
The other possibility would be to allow everybody to start meetings without authentication.
It would make sense to implement the possibility of authentication by transponder card for every user synced to the system (Example: Personal assistant has booked the room)

The development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.
The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.
Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.

That's true that you can turn on these features, but it would be better that it can only be started by those who are attendees on the meeting using the RFID, which is what Antonio is trying to say.

If you untick the "Start to Host / Requestor only" anyone can start the meeting, but without using the RFID card.
It could be started by just tipping the "Start meeting" button on the screen itself.The feature request is that every Condeco user can start the meeting using his/her RFID card.

I'm pretty sure you can do this already.
In the Screen Admin, you can go to the profile and change the "Restrict" options.
If you untick "Start to Host / Requestor only" anyone can start the meeting
similarly with "End to Host / Requestor only"
