  1. Bulk Update/Delete users

    I can Bulk-Upload users to the web portal, however I cannot update/delete users this way - e.g. when a RFID card changed, the user changed his/her name or a user has left the organization.
    So there is either an update/delete existing users missing (e.g. via a delete user flag) or a "bulk delete non-admins" button.

  2. RFID syncing

    We use RFID cards for multiple systems - door security, badging to get our print outs at printers, etc. They all pull the badge information from AD or from the door security database. App makes us register every card again which is very annoying

    I would like the badges to auto enroll and sync from an AD attribute instead of having to be manually enrolled each time.

  3. Show room capacity on screens

    If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

  5. Room usage statistics

    We have several apps which control our meeting rooms and show in our dashboard. We wish to get statistics for the meeting room usage for only 9am to 5pm on Monday through to Friday (our office opening times) but it seems that the statistics are for 12 hours a day and 7 days per week. Please can you enable a feature to be able to select the days of the week and time per day so that the statistics can match our office opening hours and do not skew the data? Thanks

  6. Option to remove the "Touch anywhere to begin" screen

    When using the kiosk, the majority of users walk up and immediately scan their badge without realizing that they have to touch the screen to begin. They then will have to touch the screen and rescan their badge. It would be helpful to remove the touch anywhere to begin screen and have the kiosk wake up on the scan badge screen.

  7. Set down time as part of meeting

    Currently on the Android screen the set down time is added on the panel, which allows the end user to think they can stay in the room for that duration.

    i.e an end user has booked the room 12:00-14:00pm the panel will show 14:30pm as there is a 30 min set down time to allow us to turn the room round ready for the next meeting.

    This causes alot of issues and arguments with the clients as they think they can stay in the room all that time.

  9. Implement the ability to view license information via the portal

    The number of licenses on an account / renewal date is currently not visible to customers. This is not desirable and has caused outages for us when there has been some error on adding new licenses to our account. We suggest this information should be visible on the Connect portal to assist with purchasing / licensing.

  10. Ability to see how may licences available and how may used

    Connect customers do not have the ability to see how may licences they currently have and how may are being used.
    If there was a way to show this information then Connect customer would not need to contact the CSM /Support or Finance to ask for this information. This will allow them to plan better and know when to purchase additional licences.

    Currently this option is only available to customers using Enterprise 3.4. in the About tab

  12. Disable auto bump if screen is offline

    If the screen is not online (network issue for example), our users are not able to check in (auto bump), so the meeting should not be automatically ended. The resource's profile should be updated to no profile temporarily.

  14. Check in button should not immediately toggle to End button, or End button should have a confirmation

    On several occasions screens have not immediately responded to the pressing of the 'Check in' button and users have pressed it several times and accidentally pressed 'End' and immediately ended their meeting. Consider moving the 'End' button, delaying the toggle from 'Check in' to 'End' or - and probably the best option - add an 'Are you sure?' confirmation when pressing the 'End' button.

  15. ID Badge Registration Option via Help Button

    Ability to register new user and their badges without having to book a meeting.

    User walks up to Condeco Device, presses Help Button.

    Selects Register ID & Badge

    Enters Condeco Pin and scans their ID Badge.

    Done.

  16. A 3rd option in Screen display to show a webpage as a screensaver after period of inactivity

    If you go into the portal, you can currently only choose to display a Resource or webpage.

    It would be nice if there was a third option for a webpage to behave as a screensaver after a period of inactivity e.g. 60 secs.

    Then, when the screen is touched it goes back to being used for booking

    Customers with screens in public places particularly would like this feature.

  18. Ability to Sync Connect screen to PC to see screen logs files and diagnose screen performance issues

    Currently troubleshooting connect screens is not as easy as it could be.

    It would be great if we could sync connect V2 screens to the laptops to see screen logs files to identify and diagnose screen performance issues.
