Give admin the ability to "view as a User" to see what changes would look like to a regular user
This will help with troubleshooting as sometimes problem-solving can take a day or two
When you are set up as a Global Admin and trying to work on a users Account it would be good to not need the keep the user hanging around to try different things.
The ability to impersonate a User account and work on the issue in the background to try different steps to resolve the issue.

I came here to request this same thing. Its extremely difficult as an admin to test anything for a user because we cant limit our own permissions
Please can we have this, it would help with issues immensely

Yes Chris I think they might have but i think it would be good to allow the Global admins to do this as well as when ever we have issues we always look to see what the user is sees and setting up time with the user can sometimes take a day or two so with this Ability the Global admins would be able to just work the problem without any delay

Give global admins the ability to impersonate a given user for troubleshooting purposes. If a user is having trouble the admin could log in as that user and try to replicate the issue. I believe tech support has this function.
