Make it easier for admin to prioritise updated room requests that need approval
Currently for managed bookings, when using the 'All' filter, a request that was approved and then updated shows the word 'New' in grey but we want it to be a different ‘new’ than the ‘new’ items that haven't been updated as these are more urgent and will stop users losing the room.
As it is updated and was previously approved it needs to be actioned before it is missed.
This view and filtering is of particular importance for managed and blind managed room requests. For companies with many requests in the queue with a busy estate of managed rooms this can be challenging and difficult to see.
Particularly for blind managed configuration this is even more challenging because if an approved booking is edited by the end user it is seen as above but the booking also removed off the booking grid meaning other bookings or other admins may take up the room slot.
For updated bookings that were confirmed it would be great for these to be displayed at the top of the list and maybe highlighted in a more obvious colour and symbol.

It would be good if there was an alert for the supervisor when the number of requests pending reaches a certain limit or has been awaiting action for a certain length of time.
This would help greatly in making sure agents are keeping on top of the requests in a timely manner. -

Some more information on this.. The reason why this needs to be in red is that when a change is made by the user to their already confirmed meeting it drops out of the grid view and the time the meeting was in looks available.. The scenario we are trying to resolve is other managers of the blind rooms using this slot for new bookings.
The addition of the meeting to being red in the approval list to display as red (and potentially bold at at the top of the list) is to stop the managers of the bookings from actioning new requests before they have approved the changed meeting first. -

When confirmed rooms revert back into the queue for approval can we improve the design so that it is more distinguishable?
When a change is made by the user to their already confirmed meeting it drops out of the grid view and the time the meeting was in looks available.
