This would greatly assist us in handing the responsibility of pulling the reporting from Connect for use by the business.. Currently this has to be run manually by an admin and then sent via e-mail to the business since we cannot hand them admin rights.

Location Admins should have the ability to move a booking from a large room to a smaller room (with the Ignore Room Capacity field set to false). Currently only Global Admins have this ability but given that this role also gives access to the back end configuration of the system this is too much access. Ignore Room Capacity can be set to True to allow everyone to make this change but this is also giving too much access. Our Front Of House teams need to have the ability to move meetings to smaller rooms even thought the number of attending is too large for the room (they just add more chairs).
Without this functionality they need to manually lower the number of attendees in the meeting so that they can move the meeting over to the smaller room and then update the notes of the meeting to say how many people are attending. This can cause issues since there is now two places the team need to look to confirm the number attending.

Some more information on this.. The reason why this needs to be in red is that when a change is made by the user to their already confirmed meeting it drops out of the grid view and the time the meeting was in looks available.. The scenario we are trying to resolve is other managers of the blind rooms using this slot for new bookings.
The addition of the meeting to being red in the approval list to display as red (and potentially bold at at the top of the list) is to stop the managers of the bookings from actioning new requests before they have approved the changed meeting first.

When confirmed rooms revert back into the queue for approval can we improve the design so that it is more distinguishable?
