Recurring bookings, if not able to self-heal remain as booked in the user's Outlook Calendar
If a recurring booking can't a venue for certain dates it will not take any action in Condeco and nothing will be booked. However the booking will still show as being in the requested venue in the User's Outlook Add In. It is reasonable to expect that a user looking in their Outlook Calendar will see the room that is actually booked, and if no venue is available then the Location should be blank. Unplaced recurring bookings cause confustion because according to Outlook the user has the room booked, but Condeco has another booking in the requested room at the same time. This looks to the user like a Double Booking, which is failure of the booking system. Please investigate and rectify this issue as it causes real embarrassment and confrontation for users on the ground in the rooms.
