    Raise faults with desks using the condeco app: when a user encounters a fault with the IT equipment at a workstation they have booked they can hit a button in the App to raise a support email to IT or the administrator (or both) so that unusable desks can be blocked out until the repair is done.

  3. For end users, set the booking grid so that details of bookings in the rooms are not shown, just blocks showing when a room is booked
