Adding a scanning delay
An admin should be able to add a delay in the camera so that it doesn't start scanning whichever qr it locates first.
So in order for the user to have enough time to point to the correct qr code and then for the camera to scan it there should an option for adding a certain delay.

It's critical mainly because we keep getting complaints from people not being able to scan the qr codes and thinking there is a malfunction in the app...
