  1. Increase available data in Azure Table Storage

    Please add additional data to Azure Table Storage to enable report creation via Power BI in addition to the currently available 'booking' data.

    Examples of additional fields required:

  2. Desk Reporting

    Shell would like the Desk reports within 'Advanced reports' to show users email and Condeco username. At the moment only full name is shown and if users have the same name, it is very difficult to identify which user has actually the desk booked or been in the office recently.

    Fields to be added:

    Condeco Username
    User Email Address

  4. Report Correct Desks Slot Totals

    Currently if a user is allowed to book 5 days a week, he will show 2 slots per day booked. So if the user books the same desk for 5 days, the reports shows 10 slots. However, if the user books a different desk the slot count total doubles on the report.

    Example:

    User: Condeco
    Book Slot Allowance: 5 per week

    Scenario 1: Condeco books Desk 01 (5 days)
    -Report shows total slots 10

    Scenario 2: Condeco books Desk 01 (4 days) & Desk 02 (1 day)
    -Report shows total slots 20, instead of 10

  5. Bypass Profile Default Group Settings Through User import

    There should be no requirement to provide room defaults when room booking is not in use. Omnicom is using desk booking only on some of the instances and users are being requested to add room defaults.

  6. Consolidate AM/PM into whole day on Reports

    Currently the option is to Filter by AM/PM when running the report from the application, or Use Filters in Excel from the data provided. Whole Day functionality is not available and client is requesting this feature be added.

  11. Extract Group Settings Report

    Omnicom have requested the ability to pull all 'Group Settings/Business Rules' as an advanced report. This will help them monitor any changes and ensure settings are consistent across the groups when making updates. At the moment, each group settings have to be checked individually and this can be very time consuming, especially when there is a significant amount of groups.

  12. Standard Desk Bump report improvement

    The standard report "Desk Bump" appears incorrect.
    It contains entries with "Is Bumped?" flag 0 and 1. I'd expect it to only include 1s, unless the criteria to identify bumped desks is something else.

  13. Report that would give me a real time list of who has checked in to their desk

    In our company, everyone has assigned desks by default. This sets everyone as "In the office" by default. If they don't update their status to "working remotely" it shows them being in the office when they are not. Would be great to get a report that would give me a list of people that had checked in to their desk on any given day (past + present) and not only past.

  16. Need a way to report users who aren't able to book a desk

    Our open office environment is very saturated - 100% reserved on a regular basis with a number of people who wish to but can't reserve a desk. It'd be great if we could capture the number of people who are unable to get a desk. This could help drive our real estate team to manage the allocation of seats to different depts/teams based on demand

  17. Improve data held in Azure Table Storage

    Please add the following data to ATS so that we can build reports off it in PowerBI. Currently only booking data is available, so you can report on how many times a room is booked for example, but if there are no bookings for a room during your reporting period then it doesn't appear in the data at all. Likewise for the location data, it's impossible to build selection lists into a dashboard without this data.

    1. Lists of the following objects configured in Condeco
      a. Countries
      b. Regions
      c. Locations
      d. Floors per location
      e. Groups

  18. Enable Advanced Reports for User mode WITHOUT Admin rights

    Hey,
    could you please consider adding a possibility to give a regular User the rights to start the Advanced Reports without administration rights ?
    Per design currently we can add the rights to access the Advanced Reports menu but cannot run the reports without admin rights.

  20. Automated Reports

    It would be great to have an automated report function. Currently foor security purposes we run daily reports to see what visitor/staff/contractor passes have been signed back in each day and if any haven't.

    This function would be useful for ALL other reports which are ran frequently also.
