Booking ID - Desk Booking Reporting
I would like to suggest to include the 'Booking ID' data in the reporting for Desk Booking as this would be a big help for admins for the following reason. Similar we have for meeting room
- User reference regarding their booked desk
- For troubleshooting purpose
- Reporting Analysis - 'Booking ID' is the only unique data that we can use for filtering and analyzation

No overwrites if same desk used by multiple people in same AM/PM slot
Currently Desk Booking reports will not show the correct data if a desk is used by multiple people in the same AM/PM slot. It will either not record or overwrite.
It would be helpful to accurately show all bookings made for a desk on a day as some desks can be used by multiple people.1 vote -

Standard Reporting closed desks
We would like to be able to evaluate the reports with the desk status (open/closed).
Because the utilisation is not correct when we have closed desks, the point is that the closed desk are counted in the report.2 votes -
Whole day reporting
Currently, when running a report for number of desk bookings, the report comes back with twice the number of bookings even though we are using whole day slots and not AM/PM slots.

PowerBI Desk Booking template should be pointing to a dedicated staging Azure table just with Desk booking data
Refreshing data from the current PowerBI Desk Booking template takes more than 5-6 hours because of the sheer amount of data in our global company Booking azure table.
Suggestion to improve performance would be to have a separate Azure table/view pre-filtered with Desk bookings data only to be pointed to the PowerBI Desk Booking template - There could be a separate PowerBI template for Room bookings only.3 votes -
Custom reports enabled for custom attributes.
For example, report all height adjustable desks, or all meeting rooms with video conferencing.
Currently there is a need to maintain this information separately even though it is configured in the Condeco system.9 votes -

Save the Filter Values as in previous versions
On current builds the custom reports no longer saves the values entered in the results filter boxes.
Each time an admin runs a report they have to re-populate the filters which can be time consuming.
The previous versions where these filter values were retained was user friendly and saved administrators valuable time.1 vote -
Please could you add an additional formatted report under 'User' for daily reporting
Please could you add an additional formatted report under 'User' for daily reporting. Currently I can run a report from the formatted report tab that allows me to see the user name, desk number, location, check in time and todays date. I ideally require the same report but with the option to change the date to a different date in the past and the option to filter the location - this is quite urgent as we are using this report for track and trace purposed during the Coronavirus

Desk reports - introduce new custom fields
Add custom fields that will reflect actual desk bookable/opening times (group level) rather than just am times 00:00:00 to 11:59:00 and pm times 12:00:00 to 23:59:00 which are "by design" and misleading.

Provide SelfManaged/Managed value for rooms in Resource Reports
When reporting on resources, a customer would like to see if the Resource is managed or self-managed. This would apply to the basic resource report in standard reporting. An additional field that can be added with this information would help customers see which rooms are of what type.

Show the percentage of desks booked for each day on the desk booking grid in a column (below or beside) the date..

Enable historical booking API to sync future bookings
We are unable to produce a Power BI dashboard from the Condeco template which also includes future booking data. This means the developed dashboard is only able to analyse bookings up to and including yesterday, and we therefore cannot use the dashboard to assess capacity/bookings for the following week/month etc.

Improve reporting visuals and customizations
Please setup an app in Power BI to connect to Condeco for reporting. This will allow further customizations, better data manipulation and make reporting more user friendly.

Desk listing
Can we have a report (in Advanced Reports) listing desks and showing which floor, location and Group they belong to? We have tried the Basic Resource Report but the Item Name is only shown for Rooms, Food etc and not for desks.
Support have looked at this can couldn't find a way.4 votes
