Desk reports - introduce new custom fields
Add custom fields that will reflect actual desk bookable/opening times (group level) rather than just am times 00:00:00 to 11:59:00 and pm times 12:00:00 to 23:59:00 which are "by design" and misleading.

Provide SelfManaged/Managed value for rooms in Resource Reports
When reporting on resources, a customer would like to see if the Resource is managed or self-managed. This would apply to the basic resource report in standard reporting. An additional field that can be added with this information would help customers see which rooms are of what type.

Show the percentage of desks booked for each day on the desk booking grid in a column (below or beside) the date..

Enable historical booking API to sync future bookings
We are unable to produce a Power BI dashboard from the Condeco template which also includes future booking data. This means the developed dashboard is only able to analyse bookings up to and including yesterday, and we therefore cannot use the dashboard to assess capacity/bookings for the following week/month etc.

Improve reporting visuals and customizations
Please setup an app in Power BI to connect to Condeco for reporting. This will allow further customizations, better data manipulation and make reporting more user friendly.

Desk listing
Can we have a report (in Advanced Reports) listing desks and showing which floor, location and Group they belong to? We have tried the Basic Resource Report but the Item Name is only shown for Rooms, Food etc and not for desks.

Delivery Point items to be included in 'BookingItems' table in Data Analytics
Currently only service items booked via Room Booking are included in 'BookingItems' table. It would be good to see items booked via Delivery Points as well so users could run analytics regarding total number of service items ordered.

Location Admin Page Report
Capturing all of the fields in the Location admin page so we can audit the setup of all of our locations in one report. Similar to what we have requested for Groups and Users.

Group Configurations Report
A report that provides all the group configurations for all the groups. Most importantly, this report needs to capture all the options available in Edit Name/Deployment, and Application Setup. This report also needs to be available to run on demand.

Increase available data in Azure Table Storage
Please add additional data to Azure Table Storage to enable report creation via Power BI in addition to the currently available 'booking' data.

Desk Reporting
Shell would like the Desk reports within 'Advanced reports' to show users email and Condeco username. At the moment only full name is shown and if users have the same name, it is very difficult to identify which user has actually the desk booked or been in the office recently.

Report Correct Desks Slot Totals
Currently if a user is allowed to book 5 days a week, he will show 2 slots per day booked. So if the user books the same desk for 5 days, the reports shows 10 slots. However, if the user books a different desk the slot count total doubles on the report.
Example:
User: Condeco
Book Slot Allowance: 5 per weekScenario 1: Condeco books Desk 01 (5 days)
-Report shows total slots 10Scenario 2: Condeco books Desk 01 (4 days) & Desk 02 (1 day)

Bypass Profile Default Group Settings Through User import
There should be no requirement to provide room defaults when room booking is not in use. Omnicom is using desk booking only on some of the instances and users are being requested to add room defaults.

Consolidate AM/PM into whole day on Reports
Currently the option is to Filter by AM/PM when running the report from the application, or Use Filters in Excel from the data provided. Whole Day functionality is not available and client is requesting this feature be added.

Reports - New Provisioned Users
Make available in Advanced Reports - Newly provisioned users report + Date of user provisioning so the users can be filtered out based on the date they were provisioned in Condeco.
