Whole day reporting
Currently, when running a report for number of desk bookings, the report comes back with twice the number of bookings even though we are using whole day slots and not AM/PM slots.

We only do whole day bookings so having each booking appear twice in a report is inconvenient and slows us down when trying to determine volume for a given day.

Agree! There is already an option in the "Show Field Selection Window" that allows you to select "AM only" and "PM only". Therefore, the report should default to "Whole Day" booking reporting and list users only once.

Without this feature, reporting is very difficult. I have to now export to excel, and eliminate the duplicates. Most people work a full day.

I agree this would be useful. We are exporting the data to Excel to get the real picture of how many desk bookings we are getting each day. You might also find that someone booking a desk after the afternoon period starts will result in only one entry on the report (as in PM only) not two.
