Add a mapped to Outlook field in the custom reports
there is no easy way to find rooms in Condeco that have yet to be mapped to an Outlook calendar.

agreed iv raised case to show all meeting spaces
column 1 exchange column 2 condeco roommailbox mapped to condeco room
i got a report for thos from condeco , downside is the condeco room shows reource id instead of name but you can grab that from resource report
