    Hi Sharon, it may be that 'Regions' are set to disabled in Global Settings. If they are enabled then 'Region' selection will start showing in the application

    Hi Jamie, the email templates can be configured on a per group basis so you can add specific email addresses to the 'To' and 'CC' fields of the 'Booking request' email template

    Hi all, the 'Booking request' email in group email templates can be edited to include email addresses in the 'To' and 'From' fields. Would this meet your requirements?

    A 'Region' contains a number of Locations and a 'Location admin' can have admin access to multiple Locations. So we will not be introducing a 'Region admin' as this can already be fulfilled with the Location admin options. However, we are introducing the ability to configure a location admin to be an admin of locations across multiple countries. This will be available at the next Evergreen release which is the 27th July 2024.

    HI Rafael, thank you for your feedback, we are constantly striving to add consistency between the different applications. There may sometimes be some natural discrepancies based on the nature of the software and the user experience but we have adopted a policy of only releasing new features when they are available for all appropriate platforms and continue to develop the platform as a whole to add further consistency. I see you raised the 'Book for external user in Mobile app' item separately, I will progress that ticket as I gather further information.

    Hi John,

    There are two options to disable pinch to zoom, either:

    1. Disable pinch to zoom in Kiosk configuration settings

    Add the command --disable-pinch to the url in the config file e.g. chrome.exe --kiosk --incognito --disable-pinch

    2. Disable pinch zoom using the Chrome flags chrome://flags/#enable-pinch

    Navigate to the URL chrome://flags/#enable-pinch on the kiosk browser and disable the feature.

    Please contact Condeco Support for them to apply these changes to your devices

    Hi Chad, users can book on behalf of their colleagues within the application. This feature may need to be enabled in Global setup --> Personal spaces tab

    Hi Ankur, under User Reports the Basic User Report includes the field 'Date of Creation'. You can sort users by this filter and use the filter function to see a list of users within a set timeframe or export this information out to Excel/PDF.
