Scalebility in MobileApp floorplan after booking
The topic of mobile application floor plan.
It is absolutely useful to be able to scale the floor plan exactly as it was before the booking after a booking. If an employee has to work at a branch where he/she has never been before, he/she does not know his/her way around and has to search for the exact location of the workstation. To properly orient myself, it would make sense to see the complete floor plan and then potentially rescale it if necessary. The strange thing about this is that it used to be possible. Location Sync from Web to Mobile
It should be basic usability of the mobile application that when location changes are made on the web version, it should synchronise to the mobile version.
Eg. Adding/removing attributes, or locations on your environment, if they change on your web version it should be reflective on the mobile version."Please be informed that I've checked this with our Engineering team, and they've informed us that this is an expected behavior for the mobile application as per design.
Whenever a location is added/removed, the users will have to logout from the mobile application and then log back in for the changes…

Preferred Attributes for Certain Groups
It would be nice to setup user profiles with preferred attributes for certain bookable groups?
As with the idea of having Condeco being a company's universal source of booking various resources (eg. Desk, Car Park, etc...)It would be nice if you split these resource into groups, you can have certain attributes for each group, which is possible, but when you set your profile up, you can't have preferred attributes for each group.
You can only have all your attributes listed in your settings, not for each group.1 vote -
Auto refresh groups in mobile app
When adding a new Personal Spaces group the user needs to logout and back in again before the group is visible.
This is unwanted behaviour and the App should refresh new groups automatically or at least when restarted.
This is related to Issue 00064035

Change Default to "You're not working" or give option to choose to Admins
To be able to change the default to "You’re not working" instead of Working Remotely
And/or can we Change or add the options to:
1. I am not working
2. I am working from home
3. I am on another Chubb Site

When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete in Outlook
We use the Condeco Add-in for Outlook. When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete the appointment in Outlook. I don't understand how deleting the booking in the Mobile App releases the Microsoft 365 Resource, but will not delete the Outlook Appointment it created itself. Why can it create an appointment in Outlook but not delete? If we delete from the Mobile, then we have to open Outlook and delete from there as well. This is not efficient, and can create confusion for the user.

Only auto desk check-in should happen through Location service. Stop manual desk check-in functionality.
At present, user can check-in their desk from anywhere from Condeco web portal or from mobile app. User should not allow to do Desk Check-in manually through either mobile app or web portal.
Auto Desk check-in should only happen through mobile when user is around / near the desk. This will prevent user to perform desk check-in when they are not in office.

Latest News information on the mobile application
The Mobile Application needs to show information as reflected in the Web Applications 'Latest News' section. Especially in case of important information that we need our users to see when using the Mobile Application.

Allow booking/editing of linked rooms in mobile app
Currently linked rooms aren't available in the mobile app and must be booked within the web application. If booked it's not possible to edit a linked room booking. Edit is only possible in the web application.

Internal-External Meeting Type on Mobile App
There is no option to select the type of meeting, i.e. Internal / External on mobile app.

Change the sorting of how workspace types are sorted when selecting which workspace type to book for.

Meeting room groupings on mobile app
Within the web app there are certain groupings that meeting rooms fall into (for example "Retail Meeting Rooms" "3rd Floor meeting rooms" or "Restricted meeting rooms"). These appear as a type of space to book under "book a meeting space". It would be good if the same functionality was available on the mobile app, so that people in large buildings can look only at rooms that are relevant and accessible to them when trying to book a room.

URL schema for mobile apps
Integrate and publish URL schemas for mobile apps (iOS and Android) so that URLs can take a user directly into the app. (eg a link or scanning of a coded link)
I randomly discovered that com.condecosoftware.condeco:// will work but only for iOS, but not for Android. Also not sure if there are any deep links (eg to go directly to "new booking" or "my bookings"

Desk Attributes of Mobile App
Hi, while booking a desk with matching desk attribute, the desks which do not have all desk attributes should get highlighted explicitly in different color (other than Green). Currently Green circle with star means desk with matching attributes; and Green circle only means available desk without matching attributes. There should be distinct visual distinction. Please enable this. Thanks.

booking grid
It would be nice to be able to access the Meeting Spaces Booking Grid on the mobile app. Our Facilities department would like to see what meeting is in which room, the number of attendees, room configuration, notes, and host name when they are away from their laptops. Thank you.

Remember booking date
If I attempt to book a personal space on the calendar in advance for a selected date, with selected attributes (that are not available at that location), the application tells me “no results that meet all your chosen attributes; here are some alternative results”. I am given 2 options of “go back” or “ok” (to view alternative results).
After choosing “go back” I am redirected to the booking screen and choose to clear only my selected attributes and click continue. After the page loads, the date is then reset to today’s date and if you’re not paying attention you could…

Geolocation - multiple points
Enable the ability for multiple latitude/longitude markers. This will allow the ability to capture check-in for users with the feature on locations that are larger office buildings/campuses.

notification
Receive a notification for check-in. Employees reserve a personal space (desk or office) prior to arriving in the office and they forget don't check in, thinking because they reserved the desk it is all done. Once they arrive at the office they should receive a notification telling them to check in. Geolocation settings.

iPad Support
Full support of the iPad for use with the Condeco app. The Apple App Store indicates it is fully supported, along with screenshots, however it appears not to be supported.
There are minor bugs in the app - changing your status on the home screen crashes the app, otherwise it appears to function well.
