o Should I base my attendence on another advance planning that suddenly changes, can I be made aware that a change has occurred so that I can reconsider or coordinate with that person. Potentially a “track this visit” check box that sends alerts out if and when that person changes the day’s schedule item.
o The idea being that if I predicate my plans to come into an office upon someone else’s plans to do the same, I may want to know if they change their plans in the system if this happens after I have already made my plans and will not be present. An option to track this as a state change that triggers an email alert may be helpful in making people aware that plans for those whom they have predicated their visit on have changed giving them the opportunity to adjust their own plans as a result. We should prob follow up with this and ask to disregard the previous final bullet point.
