Adjust DCS sheet - 'Floors above ground' to 'Floors above ground floor'
Currently, in the DCS sheet (sheet 'Locations', column H) a customer is requested to enter the 'Floors above ground'. The caption could lead to the impression that there is a ground 'line' and everything below it is 'below ground', everything above is 'above ground' - however, in that way of understanding, the ground floor would also be 'above ground'.
What you actually ask for though is 'Floors above ground FLOOR' because you already assume a ground floor - however, this assumption is neither reflected in the columns caption, nor in the comment of the column cell, nor in the instructions…

Make the status on the Today page more flexibel
It should be possible to choose from different options and to be able to change the status on the today page. E.g. working in the office, working remote, working remote within Germany, working remote from another country etc.

Ability to have a duplicate floor
When facility managers are handling move scenarios, they quite often need to make changes to floor plates and neighbourhoods as a result.
Would it be possible to have the ability to define a duplicate floor (with an option to define it against personal space / meeting spaces or both) in the system but have it in an inactive state until such times it needs to be made active?
The existing floor could be deactivated (with any bookings automatically cancelled against the affected resources) and then the new floor can be made active.
This would help facility managers better handle situations…

ICS file naming protocol
Update the ICS file naming protocol from 'Desk' to 'Personal Space'. As we can now create a variety of workspace types the ICS file should reflect this e.g. a car park booking should show in your calendar as 'CAR PARK' not 'DESK' as it currently does

QR code check into car spaces
Check into a non-desk personal space like the carpark through QR code. It would be a HUGE help for us if we can use condeco for checking staff in the tandem spots in the carpark. Ideally there will be QR codes at the car spots for users to scan when they're parked in and condeco maps them on the floor plan so staff can see who they have parked in or who they have been parked in by. This is a big deal! We don't need booking for these spots as the culture is still first come first serve. Thanks!

Improve website/app syncing issues
The website and the application don't seem to sync. As an admin, I frequently check in with my app, and then need to make updates to the program using the website. This causes two issues:
1) On a number of occasions, my web view has not recognized that I have already checked in with the app. If I don't then check in with the web version, the system seems to think I never checked in at all. I've been bumped from my desk at least twice in this scenario.

To assist with troubleshooting of panel issues, there should be a way to enable a collection of complex or detailed panel logs to find out the root cause. It does not have to be enabled for all panels, but turn on/off solely for troubleshooting purposes.

The Today Page only supports English Language regardless of the language selected on the platform

Profile update without terminating browser session
Condeco informs us that a profile update does not take effect until the user terminates the browser session and starts a new session. A user will expect the profile to be updated when they press the save button. Furthermore, they are not prompted to terminate the session.
Normal behavior should be that the profile is updated once the save button is clicked.2 votes -

allow users to have their country's calendar
we have clients that request calendar to show their country's public holidays. that would reduce alot of manual work for admins (manually closing desk/room, notice users that they have book a desk/room on public holiday etc.

Could you include Hebrew and/or Arabic as supported languages, as currently there is no language support for Middle Eastern countries.

Mezzanine floor option
Hi
At the moment when defining the Floors in a Location we can define the Floor Name against each floor number, so if we had 4 floors above Ground, we can set them as 1st Flr, 2nd Flr and so on.
On the Booking Grid floor drop-down it displays this as '1st Flr (1)' 2nd Flr (2) etc.
Some Locations have a 'mezzanine' floor and there is currently no way I know of to set the right floor number. If we had 4 floors above Ground M,1,2 and 3 - I would have set the Mezzanine floor as floor 1,…5 votes -
Check room availability in Outlook
We have equipment, that we use like a room.
Our colleagues sometimes need to check the availability for the next week.Right now they have to use the web view to do this.
This could be implemented in the Grid View within Outlook if you could change the day from there like it is possible in the "Advanced Grid".1 vote -
Room Booking checkbox
If there would be checkboxes instead of the "Book" for each room, it would be very easy to book several rooms without having to use the Grid View. This would also make it possible to book rooms overnight or for several days.

Condeco desk booking screens - certificate based authentication for wireless network support is required
We need a possibility to install certificates on the desk booking devices to enable EAP-TLS login to our wireless network.
This is the most secure method of authentication, so we need to have the possibility to import, device and Root CA certificate on the desk screen devices.

Notification mails: different font
The notification mail (confirmation of booking) has differents fonts in one mail.

What are the minimum wifi requirements to connect to a desk puck V3 and for the puck to send the message back to Codecoconnect?
I want to know how strong the wifi network needs to be to ensure a connection to the pucks and the pucks correctly report back to the software?
