Integrate Hourly Bookings also on table displays
The new Hourly Bookings function is currently not available on desktop displays. From our point of view, however, this function would be very valuable there in order to increase flexibility in workplace use.
For example, employees who only need a workstation for half an hour shortly before a meeting could see directly on the desk display which workstations are available and book them at short notice. This would also give people who are spontaneously looking for a space a quick overview, without workstations being blocked for an entire day even though they are only used for a short time.

Our web application is set to only have meetings of 30 min increments - however on the room screens, the option for 15 min meeting increments show up - we have been told that there is no way to remove the 15 min button from the screens - this is confusing for the user experience because when 15 mins is shown on the screen, the screen only books 30 min increments. Please allow us to delete the 15 min option from the room screens!!!!

Room booking from the Kiosk
Since we can book a room from the portal floor plan now, why cant we do the same from the Condeco Kiosk,
so instead of only finding a desk and bookiung it, the user can also search and booking a room1 vote -

V3 Desk Screen Alternate Theme or Layout that allows more space for Resource Name
Current Theme or Layout cuts off Resource Name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Alternate Layout that allows for more characters to be displayed for Desks Name.

Replication of screen settings from Device hub portal to Condeco Web and Vice versa
Hi Team,
Currently Condeco has two source of settings defined for screens on Condeco web portal and Device hub portal which creates conflict leading to screen errors if different settings are mentioned on any of these sources.
There should be a mechanisms to replicate setting from Device hub to Condeco web and vice versa so that settings at both portals is same and thus avoid conflict, additional efforts of updating both portals and reduce any user confusion.2 votes -
Option to register RFID Cards without the need to setup a booking on V3 Room Screen
Option to register RFID Cards without the need to setup a booking on V3 Room Screen. Currently we are faced with having to register our users RFID Cards and only way is to initiate an RFID Registration is by booking an open slot on a Meeting Room Screen. It would be nice to have button option for the purpose of Registering RFID cards without needing to make a reservation.

Option to register RFID Cards without the need to setup a booking on V3 Desk Screen. Currently we are faced with having to register our users RFID Cards and only way is to book an open Personal Space, unfortunately we do not have any open Personal Spaces at the moment. It would be nice to have button option for the purpose of Registering RFID without needing to make a reservation.

Receive panel confirmation emails
I would like to be able to receive email confirmations when someone books a room via panel. We currently receive cancellation notices only.

Visibility of buttons on is poor for V2 screens
When extending the meeting on V2 screens, it is very difficult to view the buttons due to black background - UKIB

S/N to show in device hub and on screen
Inventory and short checks are not easy to do as all devices are only having the S/N indicator as a sticker on the backside.
It would be much easier for onsite services to get the S/N of a device without grabbing it from the wall. There should be an option to display the S/N on the device screen as e.g. most of the Android devices are doing in system info.
The device health page should show the S/N beside the Mac Address. This would help to have an easy S/N to room mapping possible.

Meeting Room Screen - OAuth Timeout
The meeting room screens lose their OAuth registration after only 3599 seconds (1hr) - This is way too short of a time.
This timeline needs to be extended to 24hrs.
There also needs to be a way to re-auth the devices without needing to sign in via MSFT for each device.
If an entire building loses connectivity due to an outage for more than 1hr, and there are 50-100+ screens, the impact of needing each screen to be touched individually either in person or remotely, is not realistic or feasible. This definitely needs addressing as this just happened to us…2 votes -

Need to have DNS2 field in Condeco Room V2 Screen Static IP network configuration page
Integrating DNS2 can provide several advantages, such as redundancy. a DNS2 as our backup. If one is unreachable, the other automatically steps in to answer queries. That way, Condeco Room V2 screen is always accessible.

Rotate V3 Desk Booking Displays
Not all desks would like the device to be on the end, some would like them to hang on their cubicles. Currently the displays are upside down and they rotate when the screen is mounted up.

The Device Hub Application is not listed as a Secure APP on Microsoft Intune
The Device Hub Application is not listed as a Secure APP on Microsoft Intune, and one of our clients was concerned about the Condeco Application's security. They accepted the application as an exception for a period but requested that this must be added ASAP for Global Approval.
We believe that the Device Hub has all requirements for this MS approval the same way the Condeco Mobile APP Enterprise has and is listed in MS.10 votes -

We have several screens running in Brazil, and the user has to understand other languages to use them. It causes mistakes during the use.

Room Screen do not have GMT-3 for São Paulo - Brazil
The Room Screen does not have a GMT-3 for São Paulo city in Brazil or any other city in Brazil.
We have to ask the client to use other cities available, but we have problems because each country has different daylight saving schedules.6 votes -
Restart groups of devices
Where there may be multiple devices listed under the "heartbeat not received" section on the Connect Screen Manager, it would be beneficial to have the ability to restart a group of devices rather than having to click on each device listed & restart it individually.
