  1. Ability to apply 'no time bar' function to screen settings in Condeco Connect, without having to also update in Condeco Desktop

    There is a new function to 'hide time bar' on a tablet which is useful for using a space for an event rather than a meeting. However currently this means applying the setting to a room group in Condeco Connect, and then also going into Condeco Desktop and then applying a config update to individual rooms so that they align. This could mean having to update for a large number of rooms which would take a lot of time. It would be much quicker if able to just apply once in Condeco Connect.

  3. Bulk User Import Logs in Connect to have PIN number

    The log files in the connect portal after initiating a bulk import does not contain the PIN number that is randomly generated upon import of user. The only way to get the PIN number for each user is to "Download All User Data".

    This request is to enhance the log file that can be downloaded from the UI to:
    -Include the PIN number that the system randomly generates for each user
    -Generate a log file indicating the already existing information + PIN number even for users who were successfully imported. Right now only the users who were not imported due…

  5. US Based Hosted URL For Mobile Room Screen Booking

    Our org does not want the meeting room screen appliances hosted on our LAN to access non US based services. e.g. The meeting room screens require this non US hosted URL https://westeurope.condecoconnect.com to complete bookings. Can the meeting room screens point to a US based hosted URL instead of going to Europe?

  6. Ability to run the Meeting Room App on Crestron Hardware

    For various reasons some customers prefer the hardware from Crestron. It would be great to run the Condeco meetin room App on their TSS scheduling panels. Since Condeco is 95% about software, the added flexibility will for sure outweigh the loss of hardware business for some customers dont wanting the condeco hardware.

  7. Allow CC BookedByEmailAddress in Bump Reminder

    The bump reminder email goes out to external users who the desk is booked FOR, asking them to log in and check in to their desk, even though they are an external user and cannot log in to Condeco. Furthermore, it is the person who the desk is booked BY who needs to check in external users, so the bump reminder email should be able to go out to the booked BY email address.

  8. Can we source the Serial number of a condeco screen from the Admin Portal?

    we need to export the list of serial numbers from Condeco screens to uploaded into our Asset inventory.
    Is there a way to get both the Serial Number and MAC address exported to CSV from the admin portal rather than having to go to each individual screen and take it down with a barcode scanner?

  9. Android screens should be able to check in/bump when booking is turned off on screen

    The CE/Windows screens allowed us to be able to turn on-screen booking off, but still allowed us to check in via the screen so they would not be bumped. Requesting this functionality be mirrored in the Android screens.

    When a meeting room is configured with "clean down" time, it would be good if the screen could show this time separate to the actual meeting. This would would mean less chance of meetings overrunning and allowing adequate time for room to be cleared in time for the next meeting.

  11. Add multiple proxy addresses to Condeco panel

    We would like to enter multiple proxy addresses in the Condeco panel. The panels go offline when one of our proxy server goes down so for redundancy we are looking to have an option to feed multiple proxy addresses.

  12. Make Device Health Interface easier to reboot V2 screens

    For whatever reason the device health page has changed from showing all of the screens regardless of health. You now need to click on
    heartbeat not received->view list->then click on the screen name in order to access the reboot option

    it would be very nice if you could modify the interface to show all screens and reboot from this page. Thanks

  14. Improve Wifi Capabilities

    Improve wifi on desk screens so that on a SSID that supports both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz, the device will attempt to connect at 2.4Ghz if it is not successful at 5Ghz. Currently, the only way to connect a desk screen at 2.4Ghz is to set up an SSID with only the 2.4Ghz band.

  15. Change Wording of Swipe Badge

    The screens have the wording to swipe the badge, when the badge should be placed on the bottom of the screen. Customers have reported that people are moving screens in an attempt to find an old school credit card swipe mechanism.

  16. Make the attributes section seperate to the profile section

    It would be a good idea to separate the attributes section from the profile as you are only allowed to change them if there are no future booking and the desk screen isn't being held. This can cause issues as for example if you have about 60 bookings but the desk setup has changed, you are unable to make changes as you'll get an error message saying you can make changes with future booking in place. Meaning you'd have to remove all bookings in order to make changes which seems counter productive.

  17. Desk sorting on Quick Desk Search on Today page

    If you click 'Search' on the quick desk search on the today page, the list of desks is not sorted correctly as is the case in the rest of the system. Instead of the numbers being listed '1,2,3,4,5 etc' they are listed '1,10,11.....19,2,29,3' This makes it harder to find the required desk.

  18. Can we set the intervals on the meeting room screen from 15 minute intervals to 30 minutes?

    Our users like to book rooms on the half hour or hour. The 15 minute interval setting on the meeting room screen confuses them. Is it possible to configure this setting?

  19. Custom NTP Server Configuration

    While there exists the ability to configure a custom NTP server for screens, the configuration options are available only once a screen has progressed to the point of being activated. A prerequisite to activating a screen is to be able to connect to an NTP server. Often customers use a hotspot to activate, then configure the NTP server before connecting the screen to the customer network. Some customers are unable to use hotspots and only have access to the restricted network.

  20. The Ability to bulk configure V3 desk screens from a PC before installing at the desk

    My client is purchasing 500+ screens at a time and it is very time consuming using the Android app or typing in the password at each screen. Is there any alternatives to rolling out screens in bulk?
