Need to have DNS2 field in Condeco Room V2 Screen Static IP network configuration page
Integrating DNS2 can provide several advantages, such as redundancy. a DNS2 as our backup. If one is unreachable, the other automatically steps in to answer queries. That way, Condeco Room V2 screen is always accessible.

S/N to show in device hub and on screen
Inventory and short checks are not easy to do as all devices are only having the S/N indicator as a sticker on the backside.
It would be much easier for onsite services to get the S/N of a device without grabbing it from the wall. There should be an option to display the S/N on the device screen as e.g. most of the Android devices are doing in system info.
The device health page should show the S/N beside the Mac Address. This would help to have an easy S/N to room mapping possible.

Meeting Room Screen - OAuth Timeout
The meeting room screens lose their OAuth registration after only 3599 seconds (1hr) - This is way too short of a time.
This timeline needs to be extended to 24hrs.
There also needs to be a way to re-auth the devices without needing to sign in via MSFT for each device.
If an entire building loses connectivity due to an outage for more than 1hr, and there are 50-100+ screens, the impact of needing each screen to be touched individually either in person or remotely, is not realistic or feasible. This definitely needs addressing as this just happened to us…2 votes -
Rotate V3 Desk Booking Displays
Not all desks would like the device to be on the end, some would like them to hang on their cubicles. Currently the displays are upside down and they rotate when the screen is mounted up.

Android screen does not allow you to choose what requires authentication
Enterprise portal allows you which functions you want to authenticate for but Android portal does not. We need to be able to book from a screen without authentication but not allow a user to end or delete someone else's meeting. Currently, users are able to end someone's meeting without authenticating causing issues

Default Landing Page
We would like to change the status on the welcome page to read 'I'm at Macfarlanes LLP' for all users without requesting each user to change their status and for it to remain in situ. We realise that if the user does not have any meetings booked for that day then it assumes you're working remotely which is not always the case.1 vote -
Condeco Kiosk - Floorplans Coloured
The condeco kiosks right now are able to show floorplans that we upload and markup via the portal.
However the floorplans are not colour enabled, meaning if we have neighbourhoods listed on floorplans that are uploaded, or differentiable coloured items, the kiosk cannot mask them!Would be a struggle to a one-time visitor trying to understand where certain neighbourhoods are from a black and white map?

The Device Hub Application is not listed as a Secure APP on Microsoft Intune
The Device Hub Application is not listed as a Secure APP on Microsoft Intune, and one of our clients was concerned about the Condeco Application's security. They accepted the application as an exception for a period but requested that this must be added ASAP for Global Approval.
We believe that the Device Hub has all requirements for this MS approval the same way the Condeco Mobile APP Enterprise has and is listed in MS.9 votes -
Ability to filter between calendar services within the device health screen.
At our company we have different calendar settings within our tenant. When looking at the device health tab it puts all signs within the tenant in together, but we would like to add a filter to the existing filters to allow us to differentiate the screens based on which calendar setting they are attached to.

End multi room booking: either all rooms or just a single one
Possibility that the user is asked if he wants to end only the current room or all the rooms booked in the meeting

Condeco Room Screens do not have support for the Brazilian Portuguese Language.
We have several screens running in Brazil, and the user has to understand other languages to use them. It causes mistakes during the use.

The Room Screen does not have a GMT-3 for SĂŁo Paulo city in Brazil or any other city in Brazil.
We have to ask the client to use other cities available, but we have problems because each country has different daylight saving schedules.6 votes -
Ability to apply 'no time bar' function to screen settings in Condeco Connect, without having to also update in Condeco Desktop
There is a new function to 'hide time bar' on a tablet which is useful for using a space for an event rather than a meeting. However currently this means applying the setting to a room group in Condeco Connect, and then also going into Condeco Desktop and then applying a config update to individual rooms so that they align. This could mean having to update for a large number of rooms which would take a lot of time. It would be much quicker if able to just apply once in Condeco Connect.

Bulk User Import Logs in Connect to have PIN number
The log files in the connect portal after initiating a bulk import does not contain the PIN number that is randomly generated upon import of user. The only way to get the PIN number for each user is to "Download All User Data".
This request is to enhance the log file that can be downloaded from the UI to:
-Include the PIN number that the system randomly generates for each user
-Generate a log file indicating the already existing information + PIN number even for users who were successfully imported. Right now only the users who were not imported due…1 vote -

For large rooms it is helpful to connect multiple screens. For example one screen/tablet on entrance A and one on entrance B. With the actuall software version this is not longer possible, only one screen can be used. So we cannot change the defective screen and have to use only one. In the past with older versions it was usable. Referenced at support case: 00054433

Ability to use the Screen as display for personal space
It would be nice if the screen can work on Meeting and Personal Spaces as well so it doesn't take up the whole day calendar of the person that wants to use a certain room
