Restart groups of devices
Where there may be multiple devices listed under the "heartbeat not received" section on the Connect Screen Manager, it would be beneficial to have the ability to restart a group of devices rather than having to click on each device listed & restart it individually.

Add custom messages to screens
It would be good if we could add custom messages to the meeting room screens, such as "Projector is currently not working, IT aware". If the room is closed, perhaps the closure message that we set on the portal could be displayed too, i.e. "Closed for refurbishment".

Ability to run the Meeting Room App on Crestron Hardware
For various reasons some customers prefer the hardware from Crestron. It would be great to run the Condeco meetin room App on their TSS scheduling panels. Since Condeco is 95% about software, the added flexibility will for sure outweigh the loss of hardware business for some customers dont wanting the condeco hardware.

Can we source the Serial number of a condeco screen from the Admin Portal?
we need to export the list of serial numbers from Condeco screens to uploaded into our Asset inventory.
Is there a way to get both the Serial Number and MAC address exported to CSV from the admin portal rather than having to go to each individual screen and take it down with a barcode scanner?6 votes -
Custom NTP Server Configuration
While there exists the ability to configure a custom NTP server for screens, the configuration options are available only once a screen has progressed to the point of being activated. A prerequisite to activating a screen is to be able to connect to an NTP server. Often customers use a hotspot to activate, then configure the NTP server before connecting the screen to the customer network. Some customers are unable to use hotspots and only have access to the restricted network.

Could we show the number of attendee's showing on the screen and or possibly managing display information. Such as "Wear masks prior to entering the room" as an example.

Meeting room Screens not support RFID cards
The screens are not supporting iClass Seos cards. as in the datasheet the it is mentioned as screens can detect iClass Family of cards but it is observed that not all iClass family cards are not supported specifically we need iClass Seos cards to be supported as most of the employees have these type of cards

Add "Needs cleaning/Clean" state to desk screens.
Add a state to desk screens and desk booking that helps admin identify desks that needs cleaning, and set the state to cleaned.

If a room panel profile is set to No Bookings Allowed - Remove the Green time bar
It would be good if there was setting to enable us to use the panel as a display screen only. IE we don't want users to basically use the panel, we want it to be a display of the current meeting only and would therefore not not need the green time boxes/bar that you can click on to see next meeting or future dates.

Is it possible to enable SSH / SNMP Access For Condeco Screens? I am trying to ingest these condeco screens into our hardware/device inventory management system called "Device42" and the preferred protocol is SSH/SNMP.

Align enterprise screen profile with Connect screen settings
Align enterprise screen profile settings with Connect screen settings. We are losing some functionality when we switched over to Linux screens.
- Only the booking creator can action on the panel using RFID
- Restrict start meeting to host/requester is useless now
- Restrict end meeting to host/requester is useless now

Give the ability to make anonymous on screen bookings and restrict End or Delete to PIN only
When setting up the screen profile, you can only set PIN required for End or Delete booking when Book is also set to PIN required.
Pin required should be able to be switched off so anonymous bookings can be made on the screen by users. You should have the ability to then set PIN required for End or Delete so this prevents any user ending or deleting other users bookings.

Room usage statistics
We have several apps which control our meeting rooms and show in our dashboard. We wish to get statistics for the meeting room usage for only 9am to 5pm on Monday through to Friday (our office opening times) but it seems that the statistics are for 12 hours a day and 7 days per week. Please can you enable a feature to be able to select the days of the week and time per day so that the statistics can match our office opening hours and do not skew the data? Thanks

Bulk Update/Delete users
I can Bulk-Upload users to the web portal, however I cannot update/delete users this way - e.g. when a RFID card changed, the user changed his/her name or a user has left the organization.
So there is either an update/delete existing users missing (e.g. via a delete user flag) or a "bulk delete non-admins" button.9 votes -
License Count on portal
Need to have the License information available to the admin users. It would be great to be able to pull available license count from this portal so that we do not run into license errors on the screens.

RFID syncing
We use RFID cards for multiple systems - door security, badging to get our print outs at printers, etc. They all pull the badge information from AD or from the door security database. App makes us register every card again which is very annoying
I would like the badges to auto enroll and sync from an AD attribute instead of having to be manually enrolled each time.

Implement the ability to view license information via the portal
The number of licenses on an account / renewal date is currently not visible to customers. This is not desirable and has caused outages for us when there has been some error on adding new licenses to our account. We suggest this information should be visible on the Connect portal to assist with purchasing / licensing.

RFID (badge) and PIN manageable from portal
Make user PIN available to view on connect portal & allow us to delete badges from a users account. When users update their badge for the RFID reader it would be better if we could make the change without involving the end user.
