Should be able to generate QR codes from the Condeco system
We should be able to generate QR codes directly from the Condeco admin. It is a huge amount of work to generate the Excel codes and then create a mailmerge in Word to create the codes. There must be an easier and quicker way to do this from the admin console.

US Based Hosted URL For Mobile Room Screen Booking
Our org does not want the meeting room screen appliances hosted on our LAN to access non US based services. e.g. The meeting room screens require this non US hosted URL https://westeurope.condecoconnect.com to complete bookings. Can the meeting room screens point to a US based hosted URL instead of going to Europe?

Restart groups of devices
Where there may be multiple devices listed under the "heartbeat not received" section on the Connect Screen Manager, it would be beneficial to have the ability to restart a group of devices rather than having to click on each device listed & restart it individually.

Add custom messages to screens
It would be good if we could add custom messages to the meeting room screens, such as "Projector is currently not working, IT aware". If the room is closed, perhaps the closure message that we set on the portal could be displayed too, i.e. "Closed for refurbishment".

Android screens should be able to check in/bump when booking is turned off on screen
The CE/Windows screens allowed us to be able to turn on-screen booking off, but still allowed us to check in via the screen so they would not be bumped. Requesting this functionality be mirrored in the Android screens.

Ability to run the Meeting Room App on Crestron Hardware
For various reasons some customers prefer the hardware from Crestron. It would be great to run the Condeco meetin room App on their TSS scheduling panels. Since Condeco is 95% about software, the added flexibility will for sure outweigh the loss of hardware business for some customers dont wanting the condeco hardware.

Allow CC BookedByEmailAddress in Bump Reminder
The bump reminder email goes out to external users who the desk is booked FOR, asking them to log in and check in to their desk, even though they are an external user and cannot log in to Condeco. Furthermore, it is the person who the desk is booked BY who needs to check in external users, so the bump reminder email should be able to go out to the booked BY email address.

When a meeting room is configured with "clean down" time, it would be good if the screen could show this time separate to the actual meeting. This would would mean less chance of meetings overrunning and allowing adequate time for room to be cleared in time for the next meeting.

Make the attributes section seperate to the profile section
It would be a good idea to separate the attributes section from the profile as you are only allowed to change them if there are no future booking and the desk screen isn't being held. This can cause issues as for example if you have about 60 bookings but the desk setup has changed, you are unable to make changes as you'll get an error message saying you can make changes with future booking in place. Meaning you'd have to remove all bookings in order to make changes which seems counter productive.

Make Device Health Interface easier to reboot V2 screens
For whatever reason the device health page has changed from showing all of the screens regardless of health. You now need to click on
heartbeat not received->view list->then click on the screen name in order to access the reboot optionit would be very nice if you could modify the interface to show all screens and reboot from this page. Thanks

Improve Wifi Capabilities
Improve wifi on desk screens so that on a SSID that supports both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz, the device will attempt to connect at 2.4Ghz if it is not successful at 5Ghz. Currently, the only way to connect a desk screen at 2.4Ghz is to set up an SSID with only the 2.4Ghz band.

Can we source the Serial number of a condeco screen from the Admin Portal?
we need to export the list of serial numbers from Condeco screens to uploaded into our Asset inventory.
Is there a way to get both the Serial Number and MAC address exported to CSV from the admin portal rather than having to go to each individual screen and take it down with a barcode scanner?6 votes -
Add multiple proxy addresses to Condeco panel
We would like to enter multiple proxy addresses in the Condeco panel. The panels go offline when one of our proxy server goes down so for redundancy we are looking to have an option to feed multiple proxy addresses.

Can we set the intervals on the meeting room screen from 15 minute intervals to 30 minutes?
Our users like to book rooms on the half hour or hour. The 15 minute interval setting on the meeting room screen confuses them. Is it possible to configure this setting?

Change Wording of Swipe Badge
The screens have the wording to swipe the badge, when the badge should be placed on the bottom of the screen. Customers have reported that people are moving screens in an attempt to find an old school credit card swipe mechanism.

Rotate desk indicators 180°
Ability to have the screen orientation either matching the orientation of the hardware or to have it rotated 180 degrees.
This would allow for use of the desk indicator to be placed at the bottom of a desk OR at the top of the desk with a suitable orientation.

Room Roll Call / Attendee tracking
With the advent of Covid-19 and extensive work from home, the need to know who has really attendant a in person is required. Would it be possible to enable multiple tapping their RFID card to a panel to track meeting attendance. This RAW data should be added to the Condeco data lake/ Azure tables. This would make it possible for administrators to track actual attendance vs scheduled attendance. As a follow up possibility, would it be possible to extent the V2 panel display to show a list of attendees base on the meeting invites. Once the user has been “tapped”…

More Descriptive Error Message when booking on screen
When booking a room via Outlookt, it takes a few minutes before the meeting will show up on the screen. If someone attempts to book the room on the screen during this period, the description of the error is generic.
It would be great if this description will let the user know there is another booking already in the system and not currently drawn on the screen.
