  1. Connect a single room with multiple screens

    Connect a single room with multiple screens

    For large rooms it is helpful to connect multiple screens. For example one screen/tablet on entrance A and one on entrance B. With the actuall software version this is not longer possible, only one screen can be used. So we cannot change the defective screen and have to use only one. In the past with older versions it was usable. Referenced at support case: 00054433
    We would be happy and many other customers as well, when the functionality to use multiple screens on a single room will be restored and implemented asap.

  2. Make Device Health Interface easier to reboot V2 screens

    For whatever reason the device health page has changed from showing all of the screens regardless of health. You now need to click on
    heartbeat not received->view list->then click on the screen name in order to access the reboot option

    it would be very nice if you could modify the interface to show all screens and reboot from this page. Thanks

  3. Desk sorting on Quick Desk Search on Today page

    If you click 'Search' on the quick desk search on the today page, the list of desks is not sorted correctly as is the case in the rest of the system. Instead of the numbers being listed '1,2,3,4,5 etc' they are listed '1,10,11.....19,2,29,3' This makes it harder to find the required desk.

  5. Option to remove the "Touch anywhere to begin" screen

    When using the kiosk, the majority of users walk up and immediately scan their badge without realizing that they have to touch the screen to begin. They then will have to touch the screen and rescan their badge. It would be helpful to remove the touch anywhere to begin screen and have the kiosk wake up on the scan badge screen.

  6. A 3rd option in Screen display to show a webpage as a screensaver after period of inactivity

    If you go into the portal, you can currently only choose to display a Resource or webpage.

    It would be nice if there was a third option for a webpage to behave as a screensaver after a period of inactivity e.g. 60 secs.

    Then, when the screen is touched it goes back to being used for booking

    Customers with screens in public places particularly would like this feature.

  7. S/N to show in device hub and on screen

    Inventory and short checks are not easy to do as all devices are only having the S/N indicator as a sticker on the backside.

    It would be much easier for onsite services to get the S/N of a device without grabbing it from the wall. There should be an option to display the S/N on the device screen as e.g. most of the Android devices are doing in system info.

    The device health page should show the S/N beside the Mac Address. This would help to have an easy S/N to room mapping possible.

  8. Meeting Room Screen - OAuth Timeout

    The meeting room screens lose their OAuth registration after only 3599 seconds (1hr) - This is way too short of a time.

    This timeline needs to be extended to 24hrs.
    There also needs to be a way to re-auth the devices without needing to sign in via MSFT for each device.
    If an entire building loses connectivity due to an outage for more than 1hr, and there are 50-100+ screens, the impact of needing each screen to be touched individually either in person or remotely, is not realistic or feasible. This definitely needs addressing as this just happened to us…

  9. Condeco Kiosk - Floorplans Coloured

    The condeco kiosks right now are able to show floorplans that we upload and markup via the portal.
    However the floorplans are not colour enabled, meaning if we have neighbourhoods listed on floorplans that are uploaded, or differentiable coloured items, the kiosk cannot mask them!

    Would be a struggle to a one-time visitor trying to understand where certain neighbourhoods are from a black and white map?

  10. Ability to filter between calendar services within the device health screen.

    At our company we have different calendar settings within our tenant. When looking at the device health tab it puts all signs within the tenant in together, but we would like to add a filter to the existing filters to allow us to differentiate the screens based on which calendar setting they are attached to.

    It would be nice if the screen can work on Meeting and Personal Spaces as well so it doesn't take up the whole day calendar of the person that wants to use a certain room

  12. Should be able to generate QR codes from the Condeco system

    We should be able to generate QR codes directly from the Condeco admin. It is a huge amount of work to generate the Excel codes and then create a mailmerge in Word to create the codes. There must be an easier and quicker way to do this from the admin console.

  14. Allow CC BookedByEmailAddress in Bump Reminder

    The bump reminder email goes out to external users who the desk is booked FOR, asking them to log in and check in to their desk, even though they are an external user and cannot log in to Condeco. Furthermore, it is the person who the desk is booked BY who needs to check in external users, so the bump reminder email should be able to go out to the booked BY email address.

    When a meeting room is configured with "clean down" time, it would be good if the screen could show this time separate to the actual meeting. This would would mean less chance of meetings overrunning and allowing adequate time for room to be cleared in time for the next meeting.

  17. Improve Wifi Capabilities

    Improve wifi on desk screens so that on a SSID that supports both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz, the device will attempt to connect at 2.4Ghz if it is not successful at 5Ghz. Currently, the only way to connect a desk screen at 2.4Ghz is to set up an SSID with only the 2.4Ghz band.

  18. Change Wording of Swipe Badge

    The screens have the wording to swipe the badge, when the badge should be placed on the bottom of the screen. Customers have reported that people are moving screens in an attempt to find an old school credit card swipe mechanism.

  20. Desk Screen to display only Whole Day bookings to align with Enterprise Settings

    We are currently using the Enterprise setting that allows only Whole day bookings (a mitigation inline to current COVID office restrictions). However this does not get reflected into the Desk Screens. Desck Screens show AM, PM and Whole day booking options when attempting to book a desk directly from the screen.

    Please allow this to be configurable on desk screens so that we can only allow Whole day bookings
