Remote Access to Condeco Screens
Enable remote access for configuration/troubleshooting of Condeco screens. Either with OS functionality (p.e. mstsc) or application functionality (Condeco Screen Admin).
Preferred topics regarding config/troubleshooting are
- Change of Network Configuration
- Change of Config File or Config File Settings
- Installation of certificates

Our new Android-based screens use our new Connect Screen Manager which has the following features
- Health monitor so you can receive alerts if a screen is not responding
- Ability to reboot a screen remotely

Thanks for raising this suggestion.
It appears that most of these suggestions are coming from people using the older Windows screens.
The performance and simplicity on the new Android screens should not require remote access.
In our Android screens using Connect, you will not need to install certificates as they are done in the cloud and the screens that were previously connecting to the configuration file no longer exists (this was only on Windows screens).
The remote change of network configuration from the Connect web portal is something we could consider (I have raised this as a new suggestion to see if it gets upvotes)

Regarding the Status Information, we currently provide get info on whether a screen is alive and what firmware version it is on

Hi,
Some of the suggestions initially raised are already available in our latest version. If you are a Global Admin, you just need to go to the Advanced Setup > Screen Admin > Setup View and you can make the changes there.
I have amended this suggestion to reflect the other suggested improvements
