    Thanks for sharing. Is this just about Desk Booking?

    In our latest version, you can move in-progress bookings on the grid.

    We would like to see an e-mail to the meeting organiser 5mins before the auto-bump is initiated if they have forgotten to started the meeting on the panel

    It looks like you just need to amend the meeting reminder setting.

    We have decided to split this suggestion into two.

    One was referring to logging all action of admin users.

    The other was about visibility of the booking history (moved: https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912094/suggestions/37020382)

    Hi,

    Some of the suggestions initially raised are already available in our latest version.

    On the summary tab you can view the booking history which includes:
    Who created the booking and when?
    Who updated the booking and when?
    And any changes to the booking Start or End time as well as a Room change.

    Does this solve some of these problems? I would love to get more feedback on what people are actually looking to see so keen to see more discussion around this.

    When we discussed this we felt like our clients would prefer to maintain user profiles in their active directory.

    Could you tell me a bit more about how you use cost centres/phone numbers in your organisation? Also, what are you trying to achieve?

    Hi Gary,

    There was a release in November to improve the way this works.

    If you are a Global Admin, you can go to Advanced Setup > Global Setup > Room Booking. The Filter alternative room suggestions by needs to be set to 'Service item'.

    Does that work?

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for raising this suggestion. We have designed our room booking system to provide an experience that is familiar with Outlook since most people are used to booking in this way.

    It's a fair suggestion - let's see if it gets upvoted by the community.

    Is this a task you have to do yourself regularly? Would you be able to describe the steps you take to currently allocate services to a site with many rooms
