Reminder before meeting room is released
Currently, we get an email telling us that the room has been bumped because it wasn't started from the screen.
We would like a reminder that it is about to be bumped unless we start it from a screen
The meeting organizer would then have the chance to check in before the room is released.

An alert reminding me to start my meeting would be much more helpful than one telling me I did not start it and so it has been cancelled!

create an email template that is sent 5 minutes before the room is bumped to remember the user that he have to lock the room

We would like to see an e-mail to the meeting organiser 5mins before the auto-bump is initiated if they have forgotten to started the meeting on the panel

It looks like you just need to amend the meeting reminder setting.

We're turned on the autobump functionality to prevent ghost meetings, but occasionally people forget to check-in, so they currently get these, "nasty grams" to reinforce their good meeting room behaviors. However, the current email comes to late when the meeting has been already bumped, so request is have an option or configuration as to X amount of minutes before a bump occurs to send a reminder to check-in, so that action can be taken.
