Create a standard report that includes room setup style
We would like a report in the advanced report section with set-up style information so we can make up rooms before the meeting

To make room setup a reportable field or create a room setup tab so that it is reportable.

Room Setup should be a reportable field. This is the best way we can think to have our Facilities team track room configuration changes that need to be made.
