    In order to get an accurate understanding of our meeting room utilisation, we need to be able to report on who attended meetings on site and who joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. This is not currently possible. Please could you allow us to report on virtual attendees (where On site is unticked) via reports and the API.

    I have looked for the last 30 mins to cancel a room. Please make it easy and put Room Cancellation as part of the drop down list on the left of the screen.

  4. Raise faults with desks using the condeco app

    Raise faults with desks using the condeco app: when a user encounters a fault with the IT equipment at a workstation they have booked they can hit a button in the App to raise a support email to IT or the administrator (or both) so that unusable desks can be blocked out until the repair is done.

  5. Custom rules for Setup Time and Clean Down Time

    Rules such as:

    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

  6. Room Booking Availability

    User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

  7. Setup room status to be disabled from booking grid status bar.

    We would like the Setup status of a room to be disabled from the booking grid under the room number/name and instead to show the last input, Clean, Awaiting cleaning etc. When in Setup FOH has no idea if the room is ready or not but they can see the setup on the grid so the status bar showing Setup seems redundant. Thanks

  8. Requestor and Host Contact Info

    Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.

    We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.

  9. Cancellation of booked rooms to create more availability

    Hello - I cannot seem to find a way to cancel my room booking, especially at late notice. Perhaps if a way was created for room bookings to be cancelled if they were no longer needed, then we could free up more meeting rooms for those who need them.

  10. Admins to be able to configure access restrictions on web portal per different groups or admins

    Currently unable to prevent double bookings if users are booking meeting spaces both via Condeco web application and Outlook calendar. Admins require access to both so unable to switch off functionality to view only on web portal.

  11. Screen reminder after checkin

    When users press the Start Meeting button on the screens, allow a customised notice to appear on the screen for 20 seconds at that time. We want to remind meeting rooms users to keep meeting rooms clean, tidy and free of litter.

    A Separate Day before Reminder email generated from the system with control from the email templates to create an informative message to ask a colleague are you still attending site, if not cancel your booking by clicking here.

    ICS is fine but is easy to Dismiss and an Email would mean the colleague would need to deal with it one way or another more so than just "Dismiss"

  13. add the possibility to set internal participants only and exclude externals

    we should be able to add only internal participants in room booking request. Currently if we activate attendees tab, we have possibility to add Internal or External participants. We would like to remove the possibility to ignore external participants because external visits are directly created in ProxyClick.

  14. Improvement of admin resource page

    Improvement of admin resource page:

    -Implementation of pagination, so that the resource page will only load the data of the currently selected page instead of loading all data every time the resource page is called or another page within the resource page is selected.

    -When selecting the resource page, only display a filter where you can select the desired location, group etc. and the resources are displayed based on this. This would prevent all the data from being loaded at once.

  15. auto booking

    ability to set condeco to automatically book a certain type of room if it becomes available ie if a VCU room becomes available at the time I want, condeco would automatically book it and email me. If multiple people have set condeco to auto book a room at the same time it would work on a first come first served basis

  17. Booking of pre-defined timeslots for special occasion

    Our employees need the possibility to book pre-defined timeslots for special appointments. It is the same thing as we use for making appointments in the doctor´s office.

    Special case --> special (pre-defined) time --> special appointment

    The user can choose which date fits for his special needs by himself.

    All comes and fits together in special schedule organization.

    When booking from condeco web, the video equipment does not get invited to the meeting, however works via the condeco smart calendar.

    I know this is by design but we would like the email that's populated on the resource via the External calendar mailbox field to be triggered via condeco web, like it is via the smart calendar.

    Dynamic Space Optimization (Personal Spaces)

    Condeco should have an option to open other floors dynamically for booking as and when one floor reaches a threshold limit of booking. Say Floor -2 shows up and made available for booking only when 80% of the spaces (Personal spaces like Desks) on Floor-1 is booked. The Threshold levels are configurable and possibility to 'choose' the default floor that is always open, and then also 'choose' the sequence in where the other floors then open up.
