Make it easier for new joiners to automatically be added to the system
When a new starter joins they have to register themselves, we use this system in a law firm and this is impractical.
New partners joining will not be booking their own room through the system as it will mostly be their EAs.
Can there be a way that new joiners are automatically added to the system or that others can add them

Thanks for your idea! We have options for automatic HR feeds already, so we are declining this one for now.
