Conflicting recurring meetings should suggest alternatives based on number of attendees
When a recurring meeting has a conflict, the application should recommend rooms based on the number of attendees to optimise room utilisation.
Currently, it suggests conference rooms that have either the same or more room capacity.
Example:
I want to create a weekly meeting in the Philadelphia office in Conference Room A (that has the capacity set to 15) and in one of the weekly occurrences, I have a conflict because someone has Conference Room A already booked.
There are 10 people set as attendees in the booking.
Currently, I am only shown alternative rooms that can hold 15 or more people as an alternative room, because the application looks at the room’s capacity, not the number of attendees for the booking.
In our Global Settings we have Ignore Room Capacity: set to False and we understand why this is happening. But if we set it to true we risk someone selecting a Conference Room with a room capacity of 4 or 6 people which would not accommodate the 10 attendees.

I got a note that this may be more of as support ticket but it is not. The functionality in Condeco does not have this functionality in it and it should be.
