Room selection: only display available rooms in the dropdown
The process for selecting available rooms on existing room booking needs to be reengineered.
When changing the date/time for existing room booking, the room dropdown should not list any booked rooms since it is not possible to book. The current functionality allows to see available rooms only after you click on “show more available room” in the dropdown.
This is counterintuitive and confuses our users. My suggestion would be to list only available rooms in the dropdown and then have something like "List all rooms" option at the bottom in case someone needs to look at the booked rooms.

According to Condeco support, this feature request has been implemented under EN-23486. I guess they don't really maintain uservoice site since this request has not even been acknowledged or closed.

When rescheduling a meeting, the room booking system holds on to the original room even if the room is no longer available during that time. The room displays as available from the room drop down as well. The user is only made aware that the room is unavailable when attempting to update the booking. The user is alerted that the room is unavailable, however the room is clearly visible from the drop down. This function is apparently intended but confusing to the end user.
