Time delay on direction email being sent once selected
It would be good if there could be a delay put on the direction email option on the attendees tab, so that instead of being instant when the option is selected (e.g. could be made 4 months in advance so possibly too early for info to be of use) it is sent 72 hour prior to the meeting date. This would make it less likely to get lost in a visitors inbox if received too far in advance of the meeting.
