Request "in progress" indicator
Would this be a possibility:
Where in the list of requests where it says view, review, grid, reject, could an extra box/option be added which could indicate another team member is working on that request. I could be titled "in progress"
In a large team this could save much confusion

Due to the large number of historical requests, we are closing some suggested ideas so that we can focus on more recent and popular ones. This is a must, especially for large organisations with many meeting rooms and large teams of Admins
