The feature on the mobile app where you can create a team then book for them creates a high level of angst amongst teams sharing the same space. A staff member will create a team then book their desks. Team members will forget to pick their desk within that area. Their desk will be bumped only on the day which doesn't help the other teams much because they would then think there are no seating available prior to the desk bump and think they have to work from home due to a lack of available seats.
