Delay in confirming booking
I booked a meeting room at 9 am this morning and its now after 10 am but still have not received confirmation of whether this has been successful or not. This is not helpful as if my booking is declined it means l have to start again and might have missed making a booking on some rooms. Not sure why it should take so long to confirm a booking. If room is showing as empty on schedule why is there a delay in confirming the booking and what then is the point of the schedule if the information on there is not used to confirm booking. also what information is used if the schedule is not used.
