'Workspaces and Connections' should only show available spaces
When you add rooms to an existing meeting room reservation using the 'Workspaces and Connections' module, it displays all rooms. It should only display the rooms that are actually available. Yes, the system prevents double-booking, but it is a lot of extra work, and reflect poorly on the system.

Showing all rooms is extremely misleading and causes extra work for the user.
