Change a booked desk rather than having to cancel and re-book
As a user I would like to be able to change my booked desk reservation easily rather than having to delete and then re-book in multiple steps.
I would also like to be able to do this from an admin capacity (eg to easily move a desk allocation for a new-starter or other user).
eg:
1. select a booking
2. select "change desk"
3. pick a new desk from list of available options
4. done

User and admin should have the option to change their desk booking easily.
The current method is cumbersome and puts people off using Condeco.
