Set the default meeting reminder for new users
When new employees are synchronised into the Condeco system, the Default Meeting Reminder in the profile of the new users should be set to a certain value automatically. This value should be able to be set via the general settings.

Due to the large number of historical requests, we are closing some suggested ideas so that we can focus on more recent and popular ones. This would be a very good feature as the reminder currently is defaulted to nothing and users rarely check their own settings. As we currently have several thousand users without reminders it would also be a good idea to have an admin override to lock this setting to all users to force a reminder period.
