Make the "Add Services ..." email configurable
When using the O365 plugin to book a managed room with services an email is sent to the user.
Can this email layout and content be configurable?
I find it inexplicable that this email should contain all services offered by the vendor even if they have not been configured for the room resource.

Due to the large number of historical requests, we are closing some suggested ideas so that we can focus on more recent and popular ones. How more businesses don't have this issue is baffling. We have to get this removed.

We cannot rollout the O365 Plugin until this email can be configured to remove the list of services. We have two many services and we do not want the price of the services listed in the email. Also the book button needs to be moved to the top of the message.
