Move 'Add services to my booking' button up to the beginning of the Outlook Message.
We need the ability to update the Add Services to your booking email generated when users book using the Outlook Add-in. The Add Services to My Booking button should be placed at the top of the email message. We have over 150 catering items along with Equipment and AV Services and that current placement of the button requires the user to scroll to the bottom of the email message. The user is not going to see the button given the length of the email and the amount of scrolling required. If possible, I would prefer not to list the Catering Items available, there are too many in our configuration. Thanks.

We may not use the Outlook Add-in if we cannot remove the catering items and the associated costs of these items.
