General Improvement Ideas - clean down times / meeting room reminders
Could we reduce the clean up / set up time between meetings? When it is extremely busy like it is today, it is impossible to get the slot you need. I think the purpose of it was a covid cleaning thing, but even if it was reduced to 7 mins before and 7 mins after, it gives a gap of 15 mins instead of 30. To get a meeting room for 12pm today, the meeting before has to be booked to finish by 11.30am. Can we also look to release the meeting rooms if they aren't checked in? So many bookings are made and forgotten and rooms are empty. Or could an email reminder go out a day or two before? Help remind people to cancel if they don't need it
