The feature we need is for users to be able to create bookings without services blocking the ability to book a room. Currently, I can set a 'setup time' for our vendors to prepare food and items, but this method also blocks the room, which is problematic. Our goal is to require 24 hours' notice for catering services, not for the room itself.
We would like a customizable pop-up message that prevents users from adding services to a booking within 24 hours of the meeting. This will help us manage catering requests more effectively without impacting room availability.
